Our team
Alessandro Marini
General Manager
Management engineer at the University of Padova in Italy, and with over 20 years of work experience in implementation and management of plants producing of mycorrhizae fungi and other beneficial microorganisms for agriculture. Throughout his professional career he always worked in the general and technical management of projects for the industrial reproduction and formulations of such beneficial microorganisms.
Mike Mason
Responsible for business development and commercialization activities
With years of experience in leading sales and development efforts in the plant health and biological markets, Mike’s focus is on creating long-term, predictable value for our clients. He started his career in the Office of Chief Counsel at the US Department of Energy in the Environmental and Contracts Division and holds a JD/MBA from the University of Tennessee and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.
Supervision and Quality Control:
Adriana Hernández
Responsible for Quality Control (Independent laboratory)
PhD in Biological Sciences at the University of Barcelona (Spain). Specialist in mycorrhizae with over 25 years experience in working with these organisms, currently works at Microbiol, an independent laboratory certified ISO-9001:2015 and recognized as accredited laboratory by the State Institutions. Microbiol is established for analysis, experimentation and quality control of commercial microbial products and other substrates.
